All Jazz Garden fans will be granted free complimentary tickets if registered online. Registration starts on January 15, 2013. All non registered or walk-in guests will have to get their tickets paid at the entrance

TERMS & CONDITIONS
EACH TICKET is valid ONLY on the date shown on its front, and cannot be used or re-used on any other night
ALL TICKET HOLDERS have to exchange their ticket with the right wristband at the venue entrance gates
ALL TICKETS are bar-coded and allow 1 time entry only. In case a ticket holder leaves the venue, he/she will not be able to access the venue again
ALL TICKETS are nonrefundable and nontransferable; however, Chillout Productions "COP" will refund the full value of each ticket in case of event cancellation. In case of postponing the event, the ticket holder will have the choice to either use the ticket on the new date or get a refund of the paid amount.
LEGAL AGE for serving alcohol is 21 for all tickets holders
CHILDREN are welcomed under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents. Children below 10 years old will be admitted free of charge. Children above 10 years old will have to buy tickets at full price
FOOD & BEVERAGE from outside, also coolers, picnic baskets, oversized totes, large tarps, or other picnic gear will not be permitted inside the venue.
PHOTO SHOOTING from non-professional cameras are permitted during the concerts for personal use only; absolutely no commercial usage is allowed. Professional Cameras may be confiscated if not used according to Chillout Productions rules and regulation - www.chilloutproductions.com -
